Brad is the owner of Schank Appraisal Services. He has grown up in real estate helping his dad with home sales, auctions, and appraisals as long as he can remember. Brad graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Real Estate with an emphasis on commercial & residential appraisals, real estate sales, and marketing. Very few, if any appraisers in our market area have a real estate degree from a university and the formal appraisal education that Brad has. He also grew up in a small town on a farm and owns land. This helps him understand the intricacies of appraising properties in small towns, tillable land, and recreational woodland that can't be taught in a classroom.
After graduation in 2006, Brad begun his career as an appraiser and continued to advance his education to obtain his certified general appraiser license (this license means he has no limitations for transaction value or complexity.) He has put in 3,000+ hours of apprentice hours and completed thousands of reports since 2006.
In 2014, Brad decided to start his own appraisal company. His company specializes in residential. commercial and vacant land appraisals.
Brad is a Certified General Appraiser in WI & MN.
